Appointment Policy
RESERVING PROCEDURE APPOINTMENTS BY CREDIT CARD
Appointments are scheduled on a first come basis. Your procedure appointment date and time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure personalized service. Unlike regular permanent make up clinics, where many clients are seen at the same time, Face Naked Studio’s Expert Master sees one client at a time for several hours. Because her time is committed to you—and others may want that same appointment time—we need your commitment. Therefore, a credit card is required to reserve your procedure date and time. It is for guarantee only—you may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours in advance without any charge. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your procedure. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time, a fee of $99 will be charged to your credit card. (For two procedures in the same day, the late notice penalty charge will be $198.) This policy also applies to perfection session appointments.
RESERVING PROCEDURE APPOINTMENTS BY DEPOSIT
If you do not want to reserve your appointment by credit card, you can pay a $100 deposit with cash (two procedures scheduled on the same day requires a $200 deposit). Your deposit will be deducted from the total fee on your procedure day. The balance due at your appointment may be paid by cash or credit card. At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your procedure. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours ahead of your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited (not refunded).
REFUND POLICIES
The results of any cosmetic procedure, including permanent makeup, medical tattooing, correction of botched permanent makeup or non-laser tattoo removal cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, whether or not a patient is fully satisfied with his/her results, there will be no refunds.
VISITORS AND CHILDREN
CDC-OSHA guidelines do not allow observers in the procedure room. Family or friends can remain in the waiting room if desired. They are also welcome to participate during makeup shape sketching and color selection. We do not tattoo clients under age 18. The entire office, including waiting room, is not equipped for children or babies. Childcare arrangements must be made prior to all appointments.
